Only the optical lens has more stringent requirements than the general injection moulding products.
LED lens quality inspection standards: no bubbles, no depression, no shrinkage marks, no flow pattern, fusion marks in the acceptable range (does not affect the packaging and use of functionality), warping deformation. Size in the controllable range (does not affect the assembly or the second injection), sun pattern products have grain, the surface is not shiny (does not affect the optical effect) LED lens products through the injection moulding to get qualified products, also follow the five elements of injection moulding: pressure, speed, time, temperature, position, also follow some of the laws of injection moulding. Only the optical lens has more stringent requirements than the general injection moulding products.
